OCAILab Showcases Advances in NANEMIAR Project at EHA 2025 in Milan

Our postdoctoral researcher, Elena Martínez Balsalobre, represented the OCAILab team at the prestigious Annual Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA), held from June 12–15, 2025, in Milan, Italy.

During the congress, she presented the latest progress of the NANEMIAR project, which focuses on developing novel therapeutic strategies for the treatment of congenital anemias—one of the group's key research areas. Her contribution was shared in a poster format, within the scientific sessions dedicated to rare hematologic diseases. This participation provided OCAILab with an excellent opportunity to highlight its research on an international stage.

At OCAILab, we remain committed to cutting-edge, collaborative research that advances the field of personalized medicine in hematology.
